Applied Digital Skills (ADS) is a course developed to prepare college students with employable in-demand skills such as Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Content Writing and Video Editing.

Key responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding and interest in our products
Counsel prospective students and their parents in choosing suitable courses
Help incoming leads to choose the right product and persuade them to conversion
Using scripts to provide information about product features, price and benefits over call for prospective customers
Updating the in-house team to understand the customer needs regularly
Maintaining & tracking all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales

Key requirements

Prior experience of 1 year as an admission counsellor or similar
Keen interest in education and mentoring students. A knack for sales and lead conversion
Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada & Tamil languages
Ability to switch communication styles on a whim
Good persuasion skills, extrovert nature and patience in handling customer rejection
Ability to balance administrative and support services efficiently
